TWELFTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

Father’s Day

June 21, 2026

1.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we be reminded as Jeremiah was that the LORD is with us, like a mighty champion.

2.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we have confidence to entrust our lives to LORD, our creator.

3.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we still give thanks to the LORD, our God, with song and praise for our salvation.

4.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we boldly proclaim the gift of Jesus Christ and his sacrifice which restored our relationship with God and with our truest selves.

5.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we rejoice that we need fear no one, not our enemies nor even death.

6.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we clearly hear the voice of Jesus telling us how very valuable each and every one of us is to him and most of all to our heavenly Father.

7.           In a world where there are whisperings of terror on every side, may we boldly proclaim Jesus’ death and resurrection that at his name every knee will bow and every tongue confess that God is LORD over all the earth.
